This year the first SY group took the President No.6.

Firstly, the first impression is all things has been regenerated. The light of reception desk is brighter and warmer. The restaurant is neater and cleaner. The equipment in all cabins has been upgraded. You changed the former TV to LCD in order to save the space and put the refrigerators into the cabins on the third, fourth and fifth deck to let our guests feel convenient. The cabinet door has been designed again. The guests traveling comfort is being improved for all what you have done.

Secondly, the service department on President No.6 deserved to praise. Each crew include the cruise director and other leader, they all provided the best service. When there is some complaint they will try their best to solve it with high efficiency. The guests enjoy the high quality.

The cruise director always focused on the guest’s evaluation. Our guests made a good trip with all crew support. Moreover the restaurant manager always walk around and try to take care of each guests.

Every crew all worked harder and happier with enthusiasm. On the other hand their performance at night ball showed their other lovely side.

On the whole, either the hardware or the software on President No.6 have been improved so much. We also want to work together to let the Three Gorge trip become the highlight of their China trip and remember it forever.
